My experience in 2017 as the Group Leader of Dance for Kindness Colombo, Sri Lanka and the experience working under the same pressure for Dance for Kindness 2015 in Kandy, Sri Lanka has changed my life a lot. Their dedication to helping us succeed in our mission is enormous but the greatest thing you learn is communication skills. You need to keep open communication throughout the process. For a person it takes lot of effort to be a leader and it takes more effort in becoming a leader for common good and social welfare. Never forget that the leader is a person who guides others and works with them to reach a common goal.
