I believe we are here to become all we are capable of becoming with the gifts we are given so that we are able to give to others, lift them, and help them become all they are capable of becoming with the gifts they are given.

Hello. . . my name is Matt Gersper, and I speak to people about finding true self.

I have failed and I have succeeded. Lots of times. . . Been hired. Been fired. Gone through divorce and nearly drowned – separate occasions!

I found truth and joy.

Love. Adventure. Significance. Things that matter most… to me!

And now I live to give back.

To help. To inspire.

Books and talks. Retreats and Fun.

I’m Matt Gersper. . . Let’s talk.™

How kind do you think you are? Try this small experiment and find it out.

We are all seekers, not teachers. And what do seekers do? They seek! There is no comfort zone for seekers. They are always trying new experiments to improve and have no fear of failure. Actually, failure is what gives them the capability of learning. And that makes them stronger. Are you ready to fail? If you are also seeking to be better at being Human, try this small experiment at home. Have fun playing “Truman Show” and “Sherlock Holmes” with yourself and the ones you care.

Rodrigo Teles is a social entrepreneur going through one of the most transformative experiences of his life: being a full time parent. After dedicating the past fifteen years to social change in Brazil and leading two of the country’s most admired not-for-profit organisations, Rodrigo quit everything and dove deep into the experience of educating his four children and, most importantly, himself. Rodrigo is a Kauffman Fellow, a Teaching Fellow at the Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at MIT, and is pursuing his self-designed Master of Education in Human Excellence, focusing his studies on the concept of unconditional love – a love that exists regardless of changing circumstances and transcends desire and concern for self.

Gabriel Diamond

Co-founderVulnerable Rally

The Magic Wand - Vulnerability

If you were to make a sign that reveals something about yourself you want to hide from the world and hold it in public, what would it say?

Gabriel Diamond came up with the idea of Vulnerable Rally in 2016.

I kept thinking about that saying “Change starts from within,” and I began to wonder: if that’s really true, then why do we spend so much time blaming others? With the growing divisiveness and isolation in our society I wanted to find a way to bring people together, where they could discover what unites them rather than what divides them. For me, publicly confronting our shadows collectively felt like a potent way to explore these themes.”

Gabriel and Candice Holdorf co-created the first rally in Fall 2016. In 2018 Gabriel and Candice co-produced/co-directed a music video documentary featuring Mikey Pauker singing his song “Rise” at a Vulnerable Rally in Oakland. “Rise/Vulnerable Rally” has gone viral, with more than 1.2 million views online.

Gabriel and Candice also collaborate on other projects that foster intimacy and empathy between strangers.
